Hair Ideas for Halloween: Sailor Moon!
Halloween is fast approaching, and I know you guys are already finding some ideas on what to dress up on Halloween. Well, I got here hair ideas for you. They are chic and perfect for your Trick or Treating. They’re inspired from the gals of Sailormoon! I’ve been a fan of these gals when I was young, and so wanted to dress up like them. Well, I must admit that the picture instructions seem hard to follow, since probably the full instruction were typed out, but then, if you are not gifted to understand japanese, then it can be quite a problem. Haha. Well, anyways, the pictures make it kinda clear, I hope! hehe
