Boho girls like Keira Knightley aren’t into high-maintenance hairstyles, and yet they almost always win the belle-of-the-ball award. To score a fuss-free, super-sexy hairstyle like theirs, all you need is a set of hot rollers—and 5 to 10 free minutes. Don’t believe us? Read then try this:

1. Plug in hot rollers set. (You’ll want a set that includes large 1- to 2-inch rollers.) Watch the clock: It will take 3 to 5 minutes until curlers are hot to the touch and ready to use.
2. If your hair isn’t dry already, spritz with thermal protectant and blow-dry loosely, focusing on the roots near your part. (You’ll want hair smooth and straight there, but no need to make rest of hair pin-straight.)
3. Starting at the front, take a 3- to 4-inch section of hair. Applying the tips of the hair to a large 1- or 2-inch curler, wind curler up hair with the curler facing out. (If you curl with curler facing in, you risk getting old-school poodle curls.) Stop curling just above the ear and secure with curler pin.
4. Repeat around the head, until all the hair is pinned up in curlers. If you have bangs, don’t curl with curlers, simply style as usual.
5. Wait 5 minutes (less if your hair is thin or takes to curls easily), and then take curlers out. Separate with fingers or wide-tooth comb and spritz with medium-hold spray to keep curls in place.
